Luxury Items: No Returns

Due to the nature of luxury products, returns are not accepted on any luxury items, including designer handbags, accessories, and clothing. All luxury items are carefully authenticated and inspected before being shipped. We encourage you to review all product details and ask questions before making your purchase.

Other Items: 7-Day Return Window

For all other items, we offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
  • All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact.
  • You must initiate the return within 7 days of receiving the item. Returns initiated after 7 days will not be accepted.

How to Return

  2. Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to send your item back.
  3. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the item has been received and inspected.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
